Lottie Dottie was founded by Sarah Fischer of Des Moines, Iowa in March of 2022. Sarah lives there with her husband, son and Bernese Mountain dog. As a stay-at-home mom, Sarah was in search for a way to express her creativity. In 2022, Lottie Dottie was born out of a love for matching her mini.
